KrossRoads Performing Arts, a non profit organization in Massachusetts, is a platform about performing arts and is designed to cultivate original creative expressions in various forms of art. The journey of KrossRoads started with theater productions but it is open to collaborate with other forms of creative arts in multilingual platform.
The word“Crossroads” suggests a situation where paths of life collide and we are prompted to make some important choices. Finding our true passion and living through it makes our journey more interesting . This journey is about connecting to your true self. At KrossRoads Performing Arts ,we would like encourage original and creative work which can be a reflection of the current time and society.

Amitabha has been a drama enthusiast since childhood. Since the days of his first stage appearance in Kolkata to today's busy professional life in United Stated , he took part in multiple theater projects primarily as an actor and realized that this format of storytelling fascinates him the most. He strongly believes that theater is a perfect art form which can minimize cultural gaps.Some of the noteworthy and latest productions which he was part of includes ‘Kamala’(presented by SETU,Boston), ‘Abar chapa pora manush’(Presented by NatukePublic), “Scandal, scoop aar Kobitar hoop” (presented at BNE,Boston and Prabasi,Boston)“Rajeshbabu r Ontordhan” presented by Off-kendrik and ‘Fail kara do yaaro’ (Adapted from the Refund by Fritz Karinthy) presented by KrossRoads Performing Arts,Boston.
In his current venture with KrossRoads Performing Arts, Amit wants to create a platform which can be expanded to include multilingual work and create more diversified experience for global audience .
Being a science major and even after spending more than a decade in corporate job,Jayati has always identified herself mostly with music,poetry,literature, movies and yes, theater. Growing up , she has actively participated in various stage activities and found her true passion in writing poems and scripts. Migrating to a different country, meeting people from diverse background and travel for job helped her to find her own words for self expressions. Since 2011, she started to put up theatrical productions in Boston based community platforms where she scripted and directed her plays. Some of her recent work include "Checked In" , "Timepass -jogar e jibon", "Abarta" and "Fail Kara Do Yaro" where she has tried to explore contemporary life and life experiences and human relationships in current time and society.
Through KrossRoads Performing Arts , Jayati not only hopes to give her vision a foundation but also to collaborate and connect with other like minded creative individuals to build something together.
Jayati is two times marathoner and believes running her first marathon in 2017 was the most rewarding and life transforming experience she had so far.
